For the birds...

Getting up at 5 a.m. and going to bed at 11 p.m. routinely is just for the birds. The chief and I are trying to fit daily workouts in our schedule, which means sleep has been the thing to give. I think I gotta find something else to give because 6 hours/sleep a night is for the birds...
